| Our last Ski Bus of the season is scheduled on Saturday 3/30 and Sunday 3/31 to Kirkwood and Heavenly if everything permits.
The transportation is a 50 seats luxury coach. The bus leaves on time. No refund if you are late. On the Bus - will introduce everyone and there will be a selection of Movies to watch. Accommodation: Big Pines Mountain House 4083 Cedar Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA, 96150 Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet, breakfast and 2 blocks from Casino. We have a room at Harveys Lake Tahoe Casinos for our group Happy Hour, you are welcome to use Hot Tub there before 9PM. 1st Pick Up Location: 6:00AM San Jose Parking of Stevens Creek Executive Park 4320 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129 2nd Pick Up Location: 6:50AM Daly City BART station 500 John Daly Boulevard, Daly City 3rd Pick Up Location: 7:20AM Parking lot of Pacific East Asian Shopping Mall (Ranch99) 3288 Pierce St. Richmond, CA 94804 (Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot) Trip Schedule: SATURDAY: KIRKWOOD Bus arrive at Kirkwood before 10:30AM 5:00PM Bus Leaves Kirkwood 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at Harveys Lake Tahoe Casinos Hotel Room (All drinks Free!!!) 7:30PM Group Dinner (Optional) SUNDAY: HEAVENLY 8:45AM The bus will take the group to ski at Heavenly 5:00PM Bus Leaves Heavenly heads back to the Bay Area Cost: $105 - Transportation + Hotel Room with Full Breakfast + Happy Hour (Early Bird to March 25) $112 - Transportation + Hotel Room with Full Breakfast + Happy Hour (Regular Rate) $65 - Transportation only The Package cost includes: A. All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $40.00 more. Each participant agrees to indemnify and hold Your Asian Connection and the organizer(s) harmless from any and all liabilities, and, to release all liability in participating this activity at his/her own risk. Ski Trip Cancellation Policy Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski bus trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).  |
