| Our 1st Ski Bus of the season is scheduled on Saturday 12/15 and Sunday 12/16 to Heavenly if everything permits.
The bus leaves on time. No refund if you are late. On the Bus - will introduce everyone and there will be a selection of Movies to watch on the way home. ACCOMMODATION: The Ridge Pointe (Two bedroom Suite) Located in Stateline, Heavenly North, the Nevada side, near Heavenly Stagecoach Chair Lift! * Very spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living room and dining area. * Jacuzzi tub in master King bedroom. Another king room with a queen sofa sleeper. One more queen sofa sleeper in the living room. * Washer/dryer, gas fireplace and full kitchen. Jacuzzi, Sauna, ski lockers, located in common area. Access to all amenities at the Ridge Tahoe. Room Layout Tahoe Summit Village Is located across the street from The Ridge Pointe (3 min walk). * Very nice 2 bedroom condos. * Spend an evening by the fire or soak in the bath Jacuzzi. For those that want to be more social, there is a nice outdoor spa, sauna room. BUS PICKUP LOCATIONS 1ST Pick Up Location: 5:00-5:10AM Sunnyvale 293 E Hendy Ave. Sunnyvale, CA 94086 Map! 2ND Pick Up Location: 6:00AM-6:10AM Daly City BART Station 500 John Daly Boulevard, Daly City Map! 3ND Pick Up Location: 6:40-6:50AM Richmond Parking lot of Pacific East Asian Shopping Mall (Ranch99) 3288 Pierce St. Richmond, CA 94804 (Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot) TRIP SCHEDULE: SATURDAY: HEAVENLY * Arrive at the slopes before 10:30AM * Ski or Ride until to 4:00PM * Back to bus 4:30PM - 4:50PM * Depart at 5:00PM on Time! * 6:30PM Group Dinner at The Ridge Resorts Club House SUNDAY: HEAVENLY * Leave hotel at 8:45AM * Arrive at the slopes at 9:00AM * Ski or Ride until to 4:00PM * Back to bus Happy Hour 4:20PM - 5:00PM * Depart at 5:00PM on Time! COST: $150 - Transportation + Hotel + Food on the bus + Dinner (Early-bird) $160 - Transportation + Hotel + Food on the bus + Dinner (Regular Rate) $170 - Transportation + Hotel + Food on the bus + Dinner (Last Week) $75 - Transportation only (Include Food on the bus) The Package cost includes: A. The bus cost and gratuities B. Breakfast & lunch on the bus C. Hotel accommodations D. Sunday Happy Hour Before Departure E. Snack and drinks on the bus when we come back. Ski Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski bus trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
