| Our 3rd Ski Bus Trip of the season is scheduled on Saturday 02/22 to Kirkwood and Sunday 02/23 to Heavenly if everything permits.
The bus leaves on time. No refund if you are late. On the Bus - will introduce everyone and there will be a selection of Movies to watch (on the way home). ACCOMMODATION: Basecamp South Lake Tahoe (3.5 Star) * Great location and 5 min Walk to Heavenly Gondola * Restaurant and bar/lounge * Rooftop hot tub * Two Fire Pits to share stories or roast s'mores * Coffee/tea in a common area * Lobby fireplace * Free continental breakfast Blue Jay Lodge (Next Door to Basecamp South Lake Tahoe) * A low budget hotel for these who want to have a single room. * Clean Rooms. * Rooms feature a small fridge and microwave. * Free continental breakfast. SUNDAY: HEAVENLY * Leave hotel at 8:45AM * Arrive at the slopes at 9:00AM * Ski or Ride until to 4:00PM * Back to bus Happy Hour 4:20PM - 5:00PM * Depart at 5:00PM on Time! Ski Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski bus trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
