Group activities: SATURDAY: Kirkwood Bus arrive at Kirkwood around 11:00AM 5:00PM Bus Leaves Kirkwood 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at "to be determined" Party Suite (All drinks Free!!!) 7:30PM Group Dinner (Optional) SUNDAY: Heavenly 9:00AM The bus will take the group to ski at Heavenly 5:00PM Bus Leaves Heavenly and heads back to the Bay Area Advance Special: $100 - Transportation + One Night Hotel Room + Happy Hour (Repeat Skier & Group Rate) $105 - Transportation + One Night Hotel Room + Happy Hour (Regular Rate) $60 - Transportation only The Package cost includes: A. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).  |
